January 12, 2021 by Justice Rajee

With the election over and the official count still coming in, we looked back at the week that was. We cover disagreeable Black men, voting, and other matters related. Special shout out to all the poll workers and vote counters out there. Please take the best part for yourself.

Ask Your Oldhead Pre-Election Energy

January 12, 2021 by Justice Rajee

In this election season tensions are high and the stakes appear to be even higher.  Elections change strategy and priorities. They do not remove the underlying issues that impact our communities and that we care about. I was able to wrangle four Black men that I have coordinated community work with here in Portland, to share some thoughts and ideas. Thank you Cupid, CJ, Lakayana, and Modica for sharing your thoughts and perspectives.

In the days prior to last night’s election Justice and Majestic came together to talk through the killing of William Wallace Jr in Philadelphia, Black Men Trump voters, and a bit of this and that in between. No election predictions included. Take the best part for yourself.

Good Brothers Brother Kanye

November 24, 2020 by Justice Rajee

This episode we dive into the Kanye conundrum. Not that it is our job to solve anything about Kanye himself, but how we talk about his activity and what-not. This conversation was recorded prior to his first event in South Carolina. Kanye’s public behavior and his acknowledged mental health challenges have been a focus for the last decade. We decided to wade in to see if some understanding could be understood. Please take the best part for yourself.
