Word To The Wise…
As we move into the end of tax season, let me share a lesson. Pay your fare. In the last few months my family has experienced a series of small bumps in the road. Car damage, home repair, health and fitness matters. All small things that would be much worse if we did not have our affairs in order. It is not that we are perfect or in the optimal position I want to be. We were prepared. We did things the way that makes sense and have not heaped risk on risk for the sake of temporary gain. My advice to you is to pay your fare. Pay for insurance on your car, your home, your apartment, and your life. Get appropriate coverage and support services. Ask questions about your tools, how they work, what are the limits, and how to you access it. Get it right and pay your fare.
